Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of FinanceGlow Solutions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FinanceGlow Solutions.
Services Description
FinanceGlow Solutions provides professional bookkeeping services including but not limited to:
- Monthly financial statement preparation
- Bank reconciliation services
- Accounts payable and receivable management
- Payroll processing and management
- Tax preparation and compliance support
- Business financial consulting
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete financial information
- Submit required documentation in a timely manner
- Pay all fees according to the agreed schedule
- Maintain confidentiality of access credentials
- Review and approve all work before finalization
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Payment Terms
Payment terms for our services are as follows:
- Monthly service fees are due within 15 days of invoice date
- Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in your service agreement
- All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD)
- Refunds are provided only as specified in our refund policy
- Price changes require 30 days written notice
Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of financial information and maintain strict confidentiality:
- All client information is treated as confidential
- Information is shared only with authorized personnel
- We comply with all applicable privacy laws
- Client data is protected with industry-standard security measures
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Clients are responsible for the accuracy of information provided
- We recommend clients maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Professional Standards
Our services are provided in accordance with:
- Generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Canadian professional bookkeeping standards
- Applicable provincial and federal regulations
- Industry best practices and ethical standards
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement:
- With 30 days written notice for monthly services
- Immediately for breach of terms or non-payment
- All outstanding fees remain due upon termination
- Client data will be returned or destroyed as requested
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Ontario or through mutually agreed arbitration.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
